Specializing in skiing and snowboarding, Virago provides sponsorship representation, scheduling assistance, event coordination, and media management. 

Our Story

Virago Athlete Management was created and founded by Chelsea Steinbach in 2017 in Park City, Utah. Built on a passion for sports, Chelsea wanted to form a company where professional athletes are valued and respected to the highest extent; to make sure they are able to fully concentrate on their competitions without having the worry of managing their schedules, events, and sponsorship obligations. Formerly with U.S. Ski & Snowboard, Chelsea managed the Women's Alpine Team where athlete management became an expertise.
